Despite a small hiccup with the initial room assignment, the prompt resolution and upgrade to an ensuite apartment showcased excellent customer service.The complimentary wireless internet access was a boon for my remote work needs, while the on-site gift shop added a touch of convenience. The hotel's proximity to Naujininkai's neighborhood and not being far from the old town allowed me to explore the area effortlessly.The 24-hour front desk and availability of interpreters and guides emphasized the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. My stay was pleasant, with clean rooms and secure parking for added peace of mind. A recommended option for both business and leisure travelers seeking a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
